Stanford Neurosurgery Resident Events
On June 3, 2018 a team of Stanford neurosurgery residents and clinical instructors are participating in the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon this year with TeamCindy to raise funds to support the Brain Aneurysm Foundation. TeamCindy was founded in honor of Cindy Sherwin, a 33-year-old triathlete who died suddenly of a ruptured aneurysm while training for an Ironman. We all know of the devastating consequences of ruptured aneurysms and have all had a hand in helping patients suffering from this disease. Last year, TeamCindy raised over 50,000 dollars for aneurysm research. This year, we hope to surpass that goal. Please help us by donating via the links below! Thanks for your support!
