Zachary Medress, MD
Zack was born in New York and raised in Los Angeles. He completed his undergraduate studies in Human Biology and his medical studies at Stanford University. Prior to medical school, Zack worked in the laboratory of Ben Barres at Stanford investigating the molecular basis of axonal degeneration after nerve injury. Outside of neurosurgery, Zack enjoys hiking, cooking, and traveling with his wife and daughter.
