Kevin Chao, M.D.
Kevin graduated from college at Caltech with a degree in Biology and a neuroscience focus. While in medical school at UC San Diego, Kevin worked in the lab of Dr. Mark Tuszynski, where he studied neural regeneration using stem cells. His current academic interests include minimally invasive surgery and surgical simulation. Outside of neurosurgery, he enjoys reading, dining out, snowboarding, basketball, and playing video games. Kevin wishes to pursue a career in pediatric neurosurgery.
